Is that a Virginia tag?

If that includes utilities and there's internet access, then hell yeah.

Edit: just saw the 240 Sq ft....ehhhh. I stand by my decision, but I strike the "hell yeah" from the record.

1100 is a bit much for a shed but it depends on the local rent situation. But Im not against it

California is pretty bad lol

Miami and NYC are probably just as awful. Also $3K, no kitchen or bathroom

For that price nah. But if I lived alone that's enough space for me >_>

I am assuming that its a hot market area. Give me some pretty landscape, nice amenities and it wouldnt be horrible for someone young with a minimalist lifestyle making some good money. For the rest that should be a no.

I'm not immediately discounting it, but I'd still need to see inside pics before I can say if I'd want to stay there.

I'm married with 3 pets and a kid on the way so no way that could work.

However if I was still single I wouldn't mind living in a place like that. Does it have its own yard and address or is it a detached structure on someone else's property? I'd be kind of weary of sharing a yard with a stranger but if it was someone I knew I wouldn't mind, I've lived in an RV for a few months on my grandparents property while I was in between apartments. But I definitely wouldn't pay $1100 a month to do so.
