Well, as almost everyone guessed from that thread, the "twist" was that the men were their sons.

Their first challenge in the show? To rub the lineup of men while blindfolded to identify their own kid. Oh, and apparently the families have to share a hotel room with each other during the show, so, fun for the whole family!
