I thought they deleted it. I tried looking for it for 30 minutes. Turns out it didn't have Maniac in the title. This is one of the earliest remixes I've heard. Gives me a lot of nostalgia.

Laura's been doing pretty well for herself. She performed in To the Moon, Cosmic Star Heroine, and Deltarune. She also made her own game Rakuen which isn't as well known but seems to have a good reception.

And yeah, PvZ is one of the most screwed franchises of a game I used to play obsessively.
