two of those aren't even possible, so those are out

i think the AI thing is not plausible. people in urban areas still dont quite grasp just how rural and unconnected the entire world actually is.

the asteroid has happened before so itll probably happen again. also i assumed you meant asteroid and not anderoid. There's hard evidence that most life that has ever existed on this planet has already gone extinct.

For me it is one of two:

  1. We get hit by an Asteroid. We are well over due for a large Asteroid impact. Astronomers have tracked many Asteroids in close Earth orbit.
  2. There was an advanced ancient civilization before us. Earth is 4,500,000,000 years old that means and Humans in one form or another have only been around for 2,000,000 years which means there has been more than enough time for other sentient species to have come and gone.

The oldest creature is around 700 million years old. Oxygen became available around 2.5 billion years ago, so theoretically there could have been atleast 3 rounds of something similar to our evolutionary history. And I might be incorrect, but I believe that there was a lot more oxygen in the air back then so the creatures could have been massive, or maybe that means theyre small? Idk but either way I think its more plausible than aliens.

You are quite incorrect about the oxygen levels. Oxygen didn't get above a few percent until relatively recently in geologic time.

I voted for asteroid. The things we call AI today are nowhere even approaching something like Skynet.

Though I do think some kind of plague killing off most of humanity is more likely than any of those other possibilities.

I'm going with AI taking us out then swiftly getting destroyed by an asteroid. If we can't have it they can't have it either.
