If anything I was surprised that Hideo actually tried to make sense of the fact that Snake kills Big Boss in Metal Gear 1 and Metal Gear 2 with the Venom Snake character being one of them. Lol.

I was satisfied with Big Boss simply surviving what happened in Metal Gear 1, no further explanation needed. He didnt die because hes fucking Big Boss .

ngl, I liked the Venom Snake twist, but much of the game was really disappointing/half-assed, that it didn't end up hitting as hard as it could have.
