I made a Sexy Lady and I don't like perpetually being in a state of fear because I think macho man randy savage is going to invade and eat me. Thanks.

Yeah find a way to play in offline mode.
You could also find a costume that completely obscures your character.
Still waiting on that third threat

Turn human at a bonfire

You'll still get NPC invasions though but there's like 4 of those the whole game. 5 if you're thorough or tunnel visioned.

I'm reading this as you look like beef jerky so that's why you'll get invaded. Well, to get invaded you have to STOP looking like beef jerky.

To STOP looking like beef jerky you need to regain your HUMANITY. You do this at a bonfire, there should be an option in the menu like 'Reverse Hollowing'. You might click this and it says 'NO HUMANITY'. To avoid this, open your inventory and look for the item 'Humanity' and consume it, that will increase the 00 counter in the top left of the screen and now you can spend that Humanity to Reverse Hollowing.

If you have no Humanity items just explore and you always wind up picking them up.

Well I leveled up the equip load stat a bunch so maybe. I like seeing my character tho...

I got invaded a few weeks ago by the actual siegmeyer and thought he was an npc until I found out he wasn't. He followed me around slowly and dropped items when he realized I wasn't going to attack him.

I then saw him at an anime convention but forgot to say thanks.

I guess I meant a way to stay human after dying. Like that ring in ds2.

Unfortunately there is no 'appear human' ring in DS1. Even if there was, it'd be rough since you only have two valuable ring slots!

No I'm actually not very articulate sometimes. I'm always beef jerky and the macho man thing was my attempt at being funny but I see how it's confusing.

And really depends on which version. There are so many now. It's a 13 year old game too. I played it a week ago and not one invasion. I played it on XB1
