I don't know. I think 100+ police officers waiting 70+ minutes for a mass shooter to finish his work in an elementary school were very patient with the suspect, more than even your example, and they should all be awarded something for what they displayed that day.

Also, this is old and we had at least, I think, two threads on it, because it happened shortly after a cop put himself in front of a pregnant woman of color, not even going 1/100th the speed of this guy, and deciding she needed to be extra-judicially executed.

It made for such an interesting contrast.

Every cop can be judged by the actions of other cops. If a cop in California does something wrong, I can use it to invalidate a cop in Vermont doing something right.

I figured my ridiculous wording and position would make it clear, but /s. The cop has to be wrong, and if I can't criticize a particular cop in a particular instance, I'll criticize some other cop, because they're all the same.

i think the problem was that that way of thinking isn't exactly uncommon with the anarchist/anti-cop crowd
