I think a lot of pros tell us to hang on with any low pockets.
But Im a scaredy cat and will only hold pocket 7s and up.

GTO says fold 44 and under to all raises but in a donkament going with 22 is something I'd probably do too.

There's no blanket correct way to play any given hand, it all depends on a variety of factors. Position, stack sizes, player types, etc. To play correct poker is to play fluid poker.

Ill take pocket twos in an all in fest hoping I go up against ace jack or something.

early in the tournament Ill limp in with it but Im not playing it heavy. At the end Ill play any pockets

Id rather have the twos than the ace jack off because even if you hit an ace or jack they can always river that two and ruin your day
