Selen literally just had issues with the management like, 2-3 days ago.
The timing's quite interesting, I wouldn't be surprised if this is yet another suspension disguised as something else. Apparently, Nijisanji often does that, disguising suspension from management as the talents themselves deciding to take a break, likely to avoid drama.
If it's a real accident though, hopefully she gets better soon.
Honestly, if she wanted to lie about it there were easier routes to go given the season(family/friends surprise visit, sorry e trip to visit, etc) so I don't doubt this was real, hope she's doing well.
