Just had a weird interaction on a dead youtube stream, what do you make of this?

Went to a continuous music stream I've listened to on and off for a few years, it was dead with a message left up.

In chat was a long list of messages from one guy in another language, I didn't think much of it but a couple people had come in later and where trying to figure out what it was. I was a little curious as that should be easy.

*I ended up chatting a little with one of the people using it.

What do you guys think?

I put "xotba" and "achm" in Wikitionary and got no hits. I think it's gibberish.
