I already thought it was revolutionary for an exorcism movie to have a "two for one" special on possessed folks. Usually you only get one very tough possessee, and in my favorite (Hannah Grace) the tough demon technically bites it.
The makeup looked very poorly done in the trailers... the girls didn't looked possessed, they looked like they had a gig at a haunted house on Halloween.
