While making this topic, I realised that due to tipping culture in America, most people will probably choose the first option.

In my country, QR ordering has become the norm every since the pandemic started.

I've never seen the second option and I'm not sure I understand the point.

I hate the machine at McDonalds though at least you can still go to the till to order. For now at least

I prefer the second option but you dont really get it here. Quite common in the UK and Japan though.

Probably more common in my region (SEA), the point is to reduce physical contact I guess.
