Did they remake Crystal and Emerald?

I am like 85% sure on the former, no idea on the latter.

Crystal was sort of remade as HeartGold/SoulSilver

Emerald was not

Of the choices in the poll, Emerald. But I also second the other mention of HG/SS and OR/AS as great options.

How is yellow the least voted when you literally get all 3 starters in it plus pikachu and oh by the way, it's in color . What are people smacking sometimes...

It doesn't do enough to improve over R/B, and it's still vastly inferior to the remakes. The only reason to play gen 1 when the remakes exist is either to transfer Pokemon from the VC versions into Bank/Home or to fuck around with all of the stupid glitches.
