i cannot prevent myself from procrastinating. ive tried but its too hard. maybe i can do it
but, procrastination has never failed me once. in the end I always do a last minute panic and somehow succeed. although i stress for the months leading up to it
I agree it can be a motivator, but all that stress can't be good for us. Another issue is if you procrastinate on an open ended goal. There's no hard deadline so you never do it, even if it would better your life.
