I havent weighed myself since I dropped below 200 pounds. Im afraid to see the scale and feel sad if I gained some weight back. My plan is to exercise hard for the next three weeks and then weigh myself on the 19th. I have a doctors appointment the following week. Starting from Monday, Im going to increase my cardio time from 30 to 50 minutes a day. I also need to improve my time management skills. I want to balance work, school, and workout. I wish I could block twitter on my Edge browser, but it requires me to sign up for a family plan. I dont want to do that. I think my life would be better without twitter.
