because most people are able to drink alcohol and not get drunk. if this is a problem for you, you might have a problem.

They kick people off who are out of control dont think its that big an issue

The thing about being drunk on a plane is that if you are all acting out, raging drunk, they are probably going to kick you off like any other particularly beligerant passenger.

It may also be a little risky health-wise if you have too much in your system on a plane, if you have other compounding health factors.

This. I enjoy my travel passing out on the plane then waking up super dehydrated because the plane dries you out.
Trying is the first step towards failure, so just dont give it a shot and you cant dissapoint.

I flew commercial drunk a lot because of long layovers and sometimes I'd be traveling for a few days.

how is this in any way related to what it replied to?

the rule is "dont get on a plane while drunk". the airport sells alcohol because drinking does not automatically lead to drunkenness.
