Kale and brussels sprouts are good.
Its beets that suck. Nothing like the disappointment of seeing something so intensely fruit colored taste like dirt no matter what its in.
i had an incredible beet salad at dinner the other night with my fianc. It had a green goddess emulsion and I think a blood orange vinaigrette and was delicious.
