Mainly because the multiplayer had bots so people with no friends like me could still have fun >_>

I kind of agree, but TWINE is much more linear than Goldeneye which is where Goldeneye kind of excels.

I loved them both, frankly. I played TWINE multiplayer a LOT more due to bots. Ski Lift is one of the great multiplayer maps of that era

I also agree Nightfire is one of the best. I played the hell out of it.
