No matter where you go, no matter what you're doing, this Cirno fumo plushie will be somewhere in the immediate vicinity, looking directly at you. It cannot be removed, destroyed, or interacted with in any way, it will not interact with humans in any way (even if it appears holding an object that suggests that it is capable of doing so), and no one else can see it but you. It only exists to distract you during your everyday life. If you're at a restaurant eating dinner, Cirno fumo might be sitting at the next table over. If you're driving to work, you might see Cirno fumo in the back seat of a nearby car. If you're in your bedroom having sex with your significant other, Cirno fumo might be sitting on your nightstand. Even if you can't see it at the moment, you know it's there somewhere , just waiting for you to accidentally glance in its direction and be distracted by it.

Sure. Occasionally laughing at it being funny in its pose/held item may get me some looks from humans too, but I can just tell them I randomly remembered something funny from the internet.
