i am more likely to grab taquitos, mini tacos, or a sandwich from 7-11 if its been sitting out all day

if i get fast food, i let it sit for hours or a day before i eat it

i like stale chips and baked goods

after i cook, when my food is nice and hot, i let it sit for hours before eating, even when im hungy

anyways, what does this say about me?

i order my shift meal like 3 hours before i am off and my coworkers all are like "yo eat your food it's ready" and im like nah it needs to have nostalgia for the time when it was once hot

Tbh I like gingersnaps when their starting to go off and are a little soft. I think room temper milk can taste quite nice and many foods just at or slightly over expiry date still taste fine

we had a dishwasher back when I first started working in a restaurant who would just pull off the uneaten food from customers' plates and shove it all together into a box for later
he was a raging alcoholic, I think he's dead now

i leave it out out. it gets all dry and shit. its good dried out but i rehydrate it with olive oil and oven it for a few min after its a day+ old

Stale oreos are superior for sure. I open the pack and let it sit for about a day. I do agree certain foods being stale have a better texture on general.

I will say that grabbing food off the roller grills at the gas station, I much prefer the ones that have been there all day and are over-cooked instead of the fresh ones.
The ball is round, the game lasts 90 minutes. That's fact.
