Mimmikyu is canonically the ugliest pokemon

They luckily fixed that in USUM, making so you could evolve it at the base of Mt. Lanakila during midgame, instead of waiting until the end.

At least let it learn Ice Shard. They have no problem letting Conkeldurr get Mach Punch.
