5% interest, roughly, seems to be standard in aus. our credit cards suck and arent worth it as well in aus

0.05 to 0.5% in with cibc. they are useless by design to drive usage to investment accounts with higher fees. other big5 have higher, but not 5%.

5% is only if you open up CD accounts here in the states. Otherwise, regular savings don't give Jack.
Less is more. Everything you want, isn't everything you need.
