My Chem teacher did that on a midterm or something. Lots of students giggled and gave away the joke. There were still write-in questions to keep it fair.

I had a test one time in grade school that was pretty close to this. I scored much lower than I should have because I
knew
that tests never had the same answer more than three times in a row. It made me second guess things that I had the right answer on and ultimately select wrong answers because of it.
I once had a test where the teacher gave us 26 matching questions and made the correct answers be exactly A to Z, in alphabetical order.

Thats cruel. I get teachers get bored and think itd be fun or maybe legit forgot to randomize after making but why psych out students into a worse score or provide an avenue to make the grade even less reflective of knowledge.
