That genre is called Amapiano/Afro-House. Pioneer'd by South Africa. It's super popular in Afrobeat industry, there tons of single with this rhythm. Even tho it's not techinally Afrobeats, but so many Nigerian/Ghana incorpriated in thier music people get confused.
