I will gift a $25 Steam game to whomever can guess how I hurt my neck this AM

I am older than 30. In fact my 34th birthday is in a few weeks. This is not the first time it's been something real dumb, but this is the first time I've literally been so upset I was almost impressed. And man, it still hurts to move my neck much and I imagine it's gonna be several days before it heals.
