There really does need to be. I don't think most reputable places would ever allow it, but there needs to be laws that go after the makers of this stuff. Imagine someone making porno of you and putting it on the web? That's the kind of thing that needs to be reigned in. Not because it's "new and scary" because this isn't that new. It's becaude it's way too damn good and accessible now.

Not us but corporations that want to get around paying actors.

It's not hard to deepfake someone you know into an existing image or video

EDIT TO ADD: I posted my thing without reading the topic itself. ( I should not do that) but don't put in friends and family that is a very horrible on so many levels. Like so so so many levels. In fact I am deleted my character from this topic I don't want her to be assonated with that.

While I have no interest in making smut , why wouldn't this be a thing soon. I can make any characters for my stories that I want. I have ideas about Super heroes and villains , and I make them and it helps me write better. Note AI I would never use this in place of commission art work if I moved forward on project.

This is already a thing. But not with mainstream AI, generally people program their own generators with no filters or parameters.
