i used to post a ton of 1440p 60 fps webms per thread on the pc/console board topics when we could embed stuff from gyfcat

people would complain to me about making their devices lag. maybe this is relevant to this topic

Tbf animated gifs are annoying unless they are several or way more frames. I can't stand the one or two frame repeated ones even before my anxiety.

I use imgur, but I hate using it. There's the white border and/or it keeps making your gif a video even when you choose the .gif link.

I miss being able to use text to image and some of the various custom extensions or whatever they were called. I recognized more people through their sigs than anything back then. This place used to be a lot more...animated for a lack of a better term. I miss it.

This websight used to run on old technology from 1995 we recently upgraded to 1997 when we get the new features (italics, quotes, bold, etc...) you're asking for way too much. The fact that it's still being able to run on current devices is a miracle. I think the whole world is just being forced to stay behind just because of gamefaqs.

The first thing this site needs to fix is letting us post WebP images without having to convert them to jpg or png images.

The second thing this dinosaur of a website needs to fix is allowing us to be able to post more than 4mb of images per post!

My color cookie at least lasts for months....but it is weird to see the default scheme occasionally and not the best one, cloudy blue.

Why would they do any of that when the reality is they will probably completely shut down the boards in the near future? You know its coming. This site will just be an archive of old game guides, nothing else.
