She will get used to a groomer. And keep brushing her, I promise it will get easier.
OK, thanks for the encouragement!

Yes. Its actually pretty straight forward to groom them as long as you have a place they cant run away from. I use a buzzer and let them get familiar with how it feels on their head and such. Eventually my long haired got used to it and thinks its a toy. He likes to roll around when Im grooming him so it becomes a little difficult but you can get some mileage from that.
I found an air purifier is a must.. I have two cats (a short haired, too) so with the litter boxes around, I feel better knowing I have a better quality of air for me and them.
but yeah, hair
everywhere
lol
I took him the other day to get groomed, but thats just because I was taking my other cat to get their nails trimmed (they hate when I try to do this so I bring them in) and figured he could use a more even cut all around.
Yep, we have a purifier. How long do you groom with brushes per day and how often do you trim? I got a trimmer but it's too loud and even with the safety I'm a little apprehensive about cutting it too short or hurting her. I have been able to trim her butt hair with just scissors at the very least.
