i think they're ok but usually they're portion sizes are small

nah.

I've had periods where I'll buy them, but generally no.

I liked those Hormel Compleats/minute meals but that's still a lot of sodium
The name is wackyteen for a reason. Never doubt.
Yeah, the sodium levels make these a no-go for me.

I've tried a few and all of them were complete absolute horse shit
Common sense says it may not taste good, but it'll make a turd.

yeah the sodium, they are high. You ever eat those campbell's chunky soups aren't those even higher, sodium

I ate quite a few of those as a kid but as an adult I never buy microwaveable meals. They're too unhealthy and usually turn out like shit with terrible texture, subpar taste, and overall aren't satisfying.

I used to buy these for lunch at work, but stopped after the freezer at my house kept running out of room from other people's stuff. Now, I just buy lunch elsewhere, which I'm aware is spending even more money than on the frozen lunches.

Nope. I remember when they were called TV dinners and came in a metal tray. They were gross then too. The brownie and corn are legit terrible no matter what brand.
This is where cool people write stuff.
Marie's Calandars had the best pot pies.
Frostmourne hungers.
I keep some Healthy Choice chicken fajita ones in my freezer. If I feel like being lazy, I make that and slap it on some tortillas with a bit of cheese. Not a frequent occurrence though and I don't really use any others.
A lot? No.

But last time I shopped I picked up two of the lean cuisine spaghetti and meatballs. They were surprisingly good. I doctored them a tad though.
I'm surrounded
I cook a lot of heavy dinner meals to have for lunch the next day. But do keep back up ramen cups and corn dogs as back ups.
I'm a ? Block. No, punching me won't give you power ups.
Rarely, though I prefer those Totinos Party Pizzas since theyre perfect for a single adult such as myself to cook and eat without risk of overeating.

Really, most? Might be kinda rare for someone to do that

I will get Trader Joes frozen Indian meals on occasion. I used to get Healthy Choice pepperoni pizzas too but found a better way to make them from scratch.

I got this as a gag gift for Christmas. It was definitely the best frozen "meal" I've ever tried but they're like six bucks each, no thank you.

My parents used to buy them growing up cuz they worked so much. Michelinas were the go to ones.

As an adult tho I hardly use my microwave. It's basically my popcorn machine and that's about it.

I rather buy a bucket of hot dogs.
Bethany took my pickles. All of them. Even the spicey ones.

I wanted to get rid of ours since I never use it (husband uses it to super heat his coffee though).

The thing is popcorn on a stovetop really doesnt take much longer than the microwave.

Anyone that wants easy to make dinners just needs an air fryer and a Japanese rice cooker. Marinate meat and toss it in the air fryer and put water and rice in the rice cooker.

nah, but most of the food i eat is prepared similarly cus i do that meal prep thing. basically every week i make a ton of meals then portion/freeze them. it's a lot of work but i save money so it's worth it imo.

I don't know how to cook anything so it's the only thing I eat besides getting fast food or takeout...

I just want to buy a legit popcorn maker but I can't justify that purchase rn to my fiancee lol

Air fryer+rice cooker+instant pot are like cheat codes for cooking quick and easy meals. Even if you "can't cook" those shits make it dumb easy to make a good meal out of something.

Pretty much thats all I buy. Dont have the patience to plan and cook myself meals for work and I often read the macros on the back of the boxes so Im not buying the ones with 800+ sodium. When you can buy boxed dinners for $3-4 it feels like a great deal when youre getting 20 grams of protein and 300+ calories per meal for dieting.

Breakfast I usually eat oatmeal or yogurt with fruit. Lunch and dinner its usually one of the boxed meals.

Do many of you greatly prefer Campbell's chunky soup to these

I used to, but since buying an air fryer there really isn't any point. I can make way better food in a similar time span. Yeah, it might cost me a bit more but I'm fine with that so long as I don't have to eat cardboard dinners.

Even I dont fuck with no canned soups and their high carbs and sodium content lol.

If people left look at the calorie content in some of these boxed dinners theyre actually not that bad and taste pretty good. They can be a good alternative to cooking for people like myself who dont want to take the time to prep and cook.

You've never sat down and eaten a tin of Campbells Tomato Soup as a one off? I used to buy them in cases of 24. They'd last me a few months before I'd pick up another. Love Tomato Soup.

They taste really good NGL. I usually count my macros cause Ive got an eating disorder so when I read the labels on those its a hard pass for me. Plus tomato soup on its own isn't going to keep me full for very long.
