Saw it years ago on a VHS tape that had a bunch of public domain cartoons on it. Forgot what it was called until just now, when I plugged in a bunch of terms relating to its premise on Google.

Love the animation in this piece, and this was right around the Golden Eras of Disney, WB, and MGM! Love it!

^Yeah, I don't care much for the designs of the trolls, but the shots of the environments and the music are beautiful.
