they are delicious.

i've never had pistachio ice cream and i can't really picture it tasting like pistachios. like, that's the color of mint chocolate chip, you can't fool me.

Ah, but the best pistachio ice cream is white with nuts floating in it.

My first real introduction to them was so co-workers had these pistachio muffins that stood out because they looks like they had green mold all over them. Eventually I was hungry enough to try one. They were the greatest fucking muffin I'd ever had. Pistachios kick ass.
