CE, promise me you'll be careful this upcoming week, okay?

I don't know if I'm having another one of those mental moments but I can't shake the feeling something awful is going to happen this week either to me, someone close to me or within the scope of my know. It's probably nothing but I can't calm down, I was feeling normal about an hour ago but suddenly a bunch of fears and worry and paranoia hit me all at once and now I'm in just this weird panicky like state.
