You work in a pharmacy? No, a tractor store.
What they found from the study is 90% of more than 100 drugs, both prescription and over-the-counter, were perfectly good to use even 15 years after the expiration date.
Drugs dont really expireThat really depends on the drug. They don't expire like food where they get toxic anyway.

Huh that's funny I was literally looking at some expired drugs just a few hours ago, was searching for some painkillers and found a muscle relaxant but the label says exp date is 2021.It's probably better than nothing?
Debated what I or anyone could possibly do with expired drugs because it's just sitting there on my desk for years gathering dust unused
No, a tractor store.
https://www.health.harvard.edu/staying-healthy/drug-expiration-dates-do-they-mean-anythingThat study was 100 drugs 40 years ago. Some drugs these days are literally paperweights on our shelves if someone accidentally opens the bottle instead of dispensing it whole.
if your drug is in pill form theres no harm in taking after the expiration date, which is an arbitrary date to begin with.

When it comes to drugs and pills I'm just too nervous to mess around with it, hell taking pills is something new to me since I never even looked at the stuff in my 20s but in my 30s I've taken more pills than any in my lifetime
