I love all types of curry, by far my favorite food. Thai curry is prolly my favorite, especially yellow curry. Don't get to eat enough Indian curry but it never misses, just disappointed I can't get a spicy enough dish. Regularly make Japanese curry at home with my fiance, we tinkered out a good recipe with the golden curry blocks.
Also shout-out to Vietnamese curry, at least what my mother in law makes.
