Good lord the NBC coverage of the eclipse in Kerrville was obnoxious.

So they've got live reports on all these different places. I watched the Kerrville one and it was fine once the totality first happened, emotional and clapping and stuff. But then the reporter went straight into all these hyper interviews, while the eclipse was still literally happening (4 minutes of totality), talking like it was all over with, what did you think of it, etc. Just shut up and film the landscape and sky and stuff.

At one point he's just having a casual conversation with some family, and the sky literally turns from dark to light and they don't even acknowledge it.

Sorry just kinda pisses me off. If I was there I would want to sit and experience it, not have some annoying reporter barking at me while it's literally happening.

No kidding lol. Lester Holt mispronounced it. I'm surprised they weren't in Fredericksburg instead.
