I wasn't a CE regular back then, so I'm curious to know what they were like.
Late 2008 IIRCWhat was his last topic?
His last topic broke my heart
What was his last topic?he fucked rebecca linares
Me, hopefully, someday soon, of a cause I'm not too particular about.
He wasn't a CEman, I don't think, but I will always remember SyphonFilterMan. Who possibly died in the 9/11 attacksDamn you were posting on here that long ago?
The one guy who worked at a gas station and told us he was worried about some psycho killing him. And then he did... rip.
Damn you were posting on here that long ago?I didn't post back then, but I heard about him >_> It's more like just one of those things people talk about sometimes.
I was like in the fourth grade during 9/11
It appears that was the user foreman. How did CE find out he died in that way?Foreman47 (sp?) was a porn cameraman. He died during a gas station robbery.
Didn't know that about Foreman. How did CE catch wind of that?He began posting on Reddit more after leaving CE, and it was revealed by a family member on there.
P2E (yeah I know he was controversial but suicide is still tragic)We had some moments of very... sharp disagreements, but he was the one who encouraged me to sit down and finish my law school application back in 2016. Regardless of the scars I received throughout my three years of schooling, I do still remember and appreciate that.
Me, hopefully, someday soon, of a cause I'm not too particular about.

Who was the moderator that passed away hitting the back of that truck? That was Mith

Hold the fuck up. DK^6 died!?
Damn you were posting on here that long ago?I first came here in like 2000. Though this account wasn't made yet til a couple years later. I had an older account but I left this site for a few years and when I came back I forgot my username, password and even whatever email I had used. So I started over. Yea, I'm a bit older than the average CEman. I was 20 when 9/11 happened

Flamazide is an old school user of Board 212, he's been around since the early TUF days.
His Board 212 claim to fame was betting 10 thousand (his entire life's savings) and Nate Diaz to defeat Conor McGregor, after Nate stepped in for RDA on less than 3 weeks notice. This board called him mad, but because he was able to catch Nate at +450 he made $45,000 to collect a grand total of $55,000 from the pay window.
Flamazide was also an avid boxer with an extensive amatuer record, and at one point had aspirations of making the 2008 Olympic Team. He stopped boxing sometime around the Rio Olympics.
Flamazide was a very helpful user, and was known for giving his old games away once he was done using them. This is how he became known on CE, as he would simply mail all of his X-Box games to other users once he was done with them. Flamazide was an active member of the CoD community as well as CE, especially its Discord channel - but Board 212 was always his home.
Like many users who have been long-time staples of this community but then suddenly fell off the map (Whemer, Dart, BendoHendo, Kadd, etc) I just assumed that he evolved past the need for GameFaqs as so many do, and was enjoying his life with his Diaz winnings.
Sadly this was not the case, and Flamazide passed away on October 18th, 2019 from persisting heath problems. His final GameFaqs login was the day before.
