-CE is now private. All accounts active within the last year will have access to CE, but no accounts created after today will ever have access to CE.
-If an account goes into Purgatory, it permanently loses access to CE.
-Politics-related topics are banned sitewide except on CE.
-"Hornyposting" is seemingly also no longer allowed. Several such topics have been locked by the mods.
