No charges for Los Angeles officer who shot and killed teen in dressing room

I remember seeing a video of a dude holding an ax by himself in the woods getting shot a handful of times because someone in the area had reportedly hit a building with his ax earlier in the day. Dude wasnt anywhere near a distance where he couldve done damage with the ax, but god forbid a cop pass up a chance to shoot a dude.
