Using AI is really shallow and idiotic way to do it. There are salespeople who are just barely average looking but has the charisma and confidence to carry their work well. This is very shitty and discriminatory.

1) feed your picture through an AI filter to make you leaner and more conventionally attractive
2) get a 7.8
3) still ger rejected because it's all a ruse and they're hiring someone else already

I also wouldn't be surprised if that was a convenient excuse to find and filter out certain races, depending on the beliefs of who's using that sort of thing.

I remember back when... was it Hollister?... that got in trouble because they would rank employees from 1-3 and only the most beautiful were assigned to the front of the store.
