Sometimes, not always, but I definitely dont do it on purpose or to be annoying or irritate people, and frankly I think people who give people shit about how they sneeze need to take a step back and reevaluate.
I think it started happening after I hurt myself pretty bad from a sneeze that came out wrong some years ago
