Do you use one?
Do you think they'll be made illegal soon?
Do you recommend them?

I used to have one then they started wanting money
I think they'll be made illegal soon because the use of one can get around the absurd porn bans some states have enacted and they can't have that
I'd kinda sorta recommend them if you actually need them otherwise you're just pissing away money
A worthless existence
VPNs are necessary for enterprise security, including government. Seems highly unlikely that they would be made illegal.

Yes.

Honestly, I could see it happening. Although, not even China has been fully able to get rid of them.

Not as a general privacy tool (despite what NordVPN's marketing team wants to sell you), but they do have valid use cases.

I don't see an avenue in which VPNs would be illegal in the US.
boomer politicians create another moral panic over anti-terrorism, "think of the children", border crisis (somehow), porn addicition, etc. and use that to pass a bill that won't directly violate the 1st amendment, but make it impossible to do business in the US

I've found expressvpn to be the least offensive or annoying to use.
Paid for by StarksPAC, a registered 501(c)(4)
Had to start using one this year because our lawmakers (NC), are a bunch of idiots.

I use ProtonVPN. Free and it works. Can't ask for anything else.
Shut your BF28/9 sound hole and listen up.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice? Strike three.
I use one for work, because it's necessary to access some of our stuff, but I do not use one, generally, at home.

They will not be banned.

I do not recommend them, generally.
