How good is this fucking show really?

It's blehh news to me because Bethesda doesn't deserve such a good stroke of luck. This will just lead to more watered down fallout content.

Sure would've been nice to have gotten nv2 or even rumored new Orleans. Instead we got fallout 4 and ...a crap mmo money machine.

I haven't seen it yet (haven't watched much TV in general for a while), but I've only really heard good things about it.

I don't think I'll be playing 76, but I might try out Fallout 4 with the PS5 update.

My real hope here is that Microsoft will want to capitalize on the newfound Fallout hype and want to get a new game in production, but because Bethesda is backed up they'll have to turn to a different studio that they own with Fallout experience, Obsidian.

What will actually happen is Elder Scrolls 6 just gets pushed back so Fallout 5 can come out first.

when it launched, it was basically devoid of content, and in typical Bethesda fashion, a giant buggy mess.

also, i think you had to use Bethesda's proprietary launcher

I really like seeing success stories like this and Cyberpunk. The internet really likes to focus on negativity but companies that take that to heart and fix their games are great, rather than just saying "welp that failed, better shut down the servers". And anyone who still harbors a weird grudge against these things needs to take a deep breath.

When the game first came out Bethesda thought it was a good idea to not include NPCs so you had a very empty world where the quest givers were robots and holotapes.

Since the Wastelanders update the game has felt a lot more like a proper Bethesda Fallout game so it's been fun to play.

The mobile game was entertaining, but the console game was complete dog shit. They need to return to Fallout 3/4 and New Vegas levels of effort. I know New Vegas was made by Obsidian and Bethesda is still salty about that, but they need to learn by example. Take out the camp building and refocus.

Which sucks because I deleted it back when my friends and I stopped playing. Can't get it now because of my internet cap...

Which reminds me, next month I'll have unlimited high speed for 2 weeks. I'm going to max out my 2TB HD with all the downloads I've had to miss.

Like I get "you should have made a good game the first time!"

But they still responded to criticism and worked hard improving a game instead of fucking off to another project and asking for everyone to trust them again.

I was one of them, but bought Cyberpunk a couple weeks ago after everyone told me it was finally good. Im so glad I was wrong. This game is stellar.
