The way it bounces at even small touches makes me question the weight honestly. I could be mistaken though.

My knees felt that, I also felt very uncomfortable watching this guy strap his hands to the bar

so many things can go wrong here, and since his hands are strapped to that bar, that bar will force his hands down if that catch guard fails
