Not like Jesus hung around those stories.

Asocial, not introverted. Know the difference.
Maybe those JRPGs villains were on to something about humanity being trash.
The work-for-room sounded good until the "No looking for other work" part.

That's a cult.

So are they housing them with no expectation?

Or are they using the homeless as slave labor?

GRM is a Christian ministry that requires all residents to work for them without pay for six hours a day, six days a week in exchange for a bunk for 30 days. They also cannot look for outside work during that month. Thats not all though. They must also attend church every Sunday (from a pre-approved list); Unitarian services are not acceptable. And they have to attend a chapel service twice a day. And they cant smoke or drink. And they cant have sex during their stay.

What the fuck?

What the fuck. This is legit disturbing.
No lollygaggin'.
Jesus regularly preached his support of how wealth got you into heaven and his disdain of the needy.
Let's make biscuits!
Ahh yes I remember that Bible passage where Jesus kicked out all these homeless people around town and handed them to the Romans.
