Ok I just started to watch Fallout. Is it supposed to be lower FPS??

First time using Prime Videos on an LG TV. It just feels annoyingly low fps.

I looked at something else on it and it looked fine with the FPS. But Fallout is almost annoying. I dunno. As long as its intentional Ill get used to it.
