Wanted to check in. Im sitting at my HOA meeting and they confirmed that 52% of people are behind on/owe dues bruhwow lol, so is that just the normal montlhy HOA fees, or are people behind on a big special assessment like this topic? I wonder if anyone here is gonna refuse to pay the $10k
(which of course is a big deal when we need the money to pay insurance) Im just nervous sitting here
