fandom seems ready to destroy all of gamefaqs.

I'm pretty sure it's being done on purpose. The fat cats in fandom have decided that gamefaqs is obsolute so they are going to slowly drain it while making personal profits off of its demise.
RIP CE. This decision to close social boards will be the end of Gamefaqs.

Who cares. This site needs to die. Hopefully getting rid of the message boards doesn't work out the way they thought it would and it results in the entire site traffic dying.

Possibly. I think currently, Fandom is going after the sites that are "controversial" and not very active (the former was their excuse for the Sexuality board, the latter is their excuse for the Religion board)

So the Toonami board is likely in danger, while some of the others are not.
