It's a lot more prominent with the right wing. IRL the right wing is all wanting people to conform to the standards of regular society and not rock the boat to be a freak while the left wing generally don't care how you express yourself as long as it's not outright hate groups like KKK and Nazis.
When it comes specifically women I feel the right has zero problem with them being sexualized in media.
I seem to recall a commercial ages ago of a woman in a American flag bikini eating a burger on a pickup truck. Doesn't get more Republican that.
