Brown rice or cauliflower rice are better alternatives.I'm sick of people pretending like riced cauliflower is in any way the same as rice. It's just chopped up regular cauliflower that has a completely different texture and flavor than rice. You might as well claim potatoes are an alternative. It's absurd
