Well, if as an American my GOVERNMENT (not just random terrorists) decided to kill a bunch of people in a depraved degenerate terrorist attack and then promised to do it again at the next opportunity, I would probably have a bit of anger at said government when the people attacked counterattack and Im caught in the crossfire, yes.
moreso when my government deliberately puts me in harms way as part of their dumb plan
